Our shared covenant states that as we affiliate with the Shiloh Network, we pledge the following:
We will be intentional about cultivating a culture of calling. This intentionality is expressed by our plans for nurturing call, qualifying ministers and connecting ministers and congregations. Our plans are specific to our situation. We share our plans and the results with others in the network to provide an occasion for learning and support.
We support the purposes of the network and, as a tangible expression of that support, the congregation will provide at least $500 or .1% of our annual budget (which ever is less). These funds will support the activities of the network as determined by its Steering Committee.
The pastor of our congregation is supportive of the purposes of the network and intends to attend at least one of the two regular meetings per year for networking and support. These meetings will address issues of significance and provide an occasion for conducting the business of the network.
How can a church join the Shiloh Network?
1. Submit your signed covenant to the network
2.Support the work of the network financially with your commitment of .1% of the church's budget or $500, whichever amount is less.
3. Share your profile and plan, following the guidelines provided, with the Shiloh Network.
